The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the following Agenda. There will be a 15-minute public forum commencing at 6 pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council and your presence is also requested during this time.

  4. Resolve to approve the minutes of the previous meeting and to be authorised for Chairman to sign
