Minutes of the EGM meeting of the Parish Council held at:

 18.15 on Wednesday 17th July 2019

Present: Chairman Paul Cunningham, Cllr M Dermody, Cllr D Darling

 C Hatch (Clerk)

 

  1. Apologies for absence:

Cllr B Lynch & Cllr C Lunn.

 

  1. Jubilee Orchard September Children’s Party: After discussion the Parish Council set a date for Saturday 7th September. The event is to be funded by the Parish Council (Light buffet & soft drinks). Those attending will be most welcome to bring their own picnic’s.

The (Committee) will hold further meetings to establish time, activities & events, marketing etc,
