You are hereby summoned to attend the next Annual meeting of the Council, to be held on 9th May 2019 6.00pm in the Village Hall.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the following Agenda. There will be a 15-minute public forum commencing at 6.00pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council and your presence is also requested during this time.

  1. Public Forum (15minutes maximum)
  2. Election of Chairman & Vice Chairman, (Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
  3. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given.
  4. Receiving any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011. (Collect signed DPI forms)
  5. Resolve to approve the minutes of the previous meeting and to be authorised for Chairman to sign.
  6. Election of Village Hall representative
  7. Review SPC Policies (Standing Orders, Risk Assessment, Office Equipment.)
  8. Chairman's report.
  9. Parish Clerk Report & Financial report.
