You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of the Swinstead Parish Council, to be held on 9th January 2020, 6.30pm in the Village Hall.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the following Agenda. There will be a 15-minute public forum commencing at 6.30pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council and your presence is also requested during this time.

  2. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given
  3. Receiving any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011
  4. Resolve to approve the minutes of the previous meeting and to be authorised for Chairman to sign
  5. Parish Clerk report.
