You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Swinstead Parish Council, to be held on 13 May 2021 6.00pm, in the Village Hall.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the following Agenda. There will be a 15-minute public forum commencing at 6.00pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council and your presence is also requested during this time.

  1. Public Forum (15minutes maximum) Due to the Covid Pandemic, the Clerk actively discourages the public from attending, rather email your concerns to swinsteadparishcouncil@gmail.com The Clerk will present them on your behalf.
  2. Appointment of Chairman and of Vice Chairman
