A Meeting of Swinstead Parish Council will take place on Thursday 15th July 2021 @ 6.00pm in Swinstead Village Hall

The Meeting will begin with an Open Forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

All people attending the Meeting are to wear face coverings when arriving at, during and departing from the Meeting unless they have an exemption or are speaking.  Social distancing must be observed throughout the Meeting.

  2. Apologies for absence and acceptance.
  3. Receiving any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011
  4. Resolve to approve the minutes of the previous meeting and to be authorised for Chairman to sign.
  5. Matters Arising from Last Meeting. (Phone Kiosk)
  6. Chairman’s Report
  7. Parish Clerk report.
