The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the following Agenda. There will be a 15 minute public forum commencing at 7pm for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your presence is also requested during this time. AGENDA 1. Public Forum (15 minutes maximum) 2. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given 3. Receiving of any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 New Forms to be completed by all councillors. 4. Resolve to approve the minutes of previous meeting held on 2nd November and to authorised for Chairman to sign. 5. Parish Clerk Report and outstanding actions: Clerk has contacted SKDC regarding the tree on High Road, they will inspect it and let us know. Clerk attended a full days training last month and now going to start implementing Standing Orders and Regulations to the Parish Council. We now have a website for residents or visitors to our village. Very early stages and a lot has yet to be added: http/parishes.lincolnshsire.gov.uk/swinstead/ i. Councillor photos & addresses (photos to be taken during meeting) ii. Our vision statement – needs to be agreed iii. Minutes and agendas iv. What’s happening – maybe a link to village hall? v. Financial matters: a) Financial Report b) Cheques to be signed – wages & training fee LALC, Stationary LALC Annual subscription for monthly update for Clerks) c) Laptop Microsoft Office needs renewing or replacing 7. Fake speed camera? 13.Correspondence: Invoice from LALC re Clerk Training Letter was passed to our Parish Cleaner re new safety guidelines 14.Planning matters: a) none 15.Village Parish Meeting for residents i. Date (needs to be between 1st March – 1 st June) Possibly Thursday 29th March (suggestion only) ii. Booking of Village Hall iii.
