Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of the Swinstead Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 10th May 2018 following the annual AGM in the Village Hall.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the following Agenda. There will be a 15 minute public forum commencing at 7pm for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your presence is also requested during this time.

4. Resolve to approve the minutes of previous meeting held on 19th February 2018 and to authorised for Chairman to sign.

1. A Sub Committee was successfully set up to discuss and organsise the annual Parish Meeting
2. Notice has been placed on the noticeboard regarding Neighbourhood Watch
3. Repairs can be carried out to the fence at Croake Hill and paid for by SPC
4. The Ash Tree causing issues to the pavement outside 54/56 High Street needs to have a search carried out by LCC at a cost of £35.
