The next AGM of the Swinstead Parish Council will be held on Thursday 10th May 2018 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

 

This will be followed by a Parish Council Meeting and the Parish Meeting at 8pm

 

AGENDA

 

  1. Public Forum (15 minutes maximum)

 

  1. Apologies for absence and acceptance of reasons given

 

  1. Receiving of any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 New Forms to be completed by all councillors.

 

  1. Resolve to approve the minutes of previous meeting held on 2nd November and to authorised for Chairman to sign.

 

  1. Parish Clerk Report and outstanding actions:

Clerk has contacted SKDC regarding the tree on High Road, they will inspect it and let us know.

Clerk attended a full days training last month and now going to start implementing Standing Orders and Regulations to the Parish Council.

We now have a website for residents or visitors to our village. Very early stages and a lot has yet to be added:
