SPC EGM Minutes June 2020

SWINSTEAD PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the EGM meeting of the Parish Council held:

 18.00 on Thursday 18th June 2020

Present: (Temporary) Cllr N Robins, Cllr B Lynch, Cllr C Lunn

 C Hatch (Clerk)

 

Due to Government guidelines on Covid-19 the meeting was held via Zoom.

 

Cllr Lynch thanked Cllr Robins for becoming a temporary member of SPC thus making it Quorum and enabling the EGM to take place.

 

  1. Apologies for absence: None

 

  1. Co-option to the SP Council: The Clerk confirmed a letter of interest had been received from Mr David Plowright of Swinstead. Mr Plowright advised he has lived in and around Swinstead all his life and hoped to be able to make a valued contribution regarding local concerns and Swinstead Village in general.

 

The application was discussed and accepted unanimously.

 

  1. AOB: Cllr Robins advised he is happy to remain a temporary member of SPC and asked to be copied into correspondence.

There being no other business, the meeting closed at 18.30
