Draft Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting

 6pm on Thursday 13thMay 2021

Present Cllr B Lynch, Cllr C Lunn, Cllr L Underhill, Cllr J Ashby Cllr D Plowright & C Hatch (Clerk)

The Meeting began at 7:00pm. Present were the members of the Parish Council the Parish Clerk & visiting SKDC Cllr N Robins

  1. The draft Minutes of the 2019 meeting were approved as an accurate record and accepted unanimously.
  2. The Chairman's Annual Report. The Chairman presented his annual report for the benefit of members of those attending the meeting. The report will be posted on the Parish website & Village Notice board.  
  3. District & County Councillors Reports. LCC & SKDC Councillors were not in attendance.
  4. Financial Report. The Clerk presented the Annual Accounts Statement for 2020/21. There were no questions from the Councillors. The report can be seen at the end of these Minutes.
  5. Electors’ Concerns. No members of the public attended.

The next meeting will be held in May 2022, date to de confirmed.
